Delivery

Standard delivery items are sent via Royal Mail or courier and are usually created and dispatched within 2-3 working days. The cost of standard UK mainland delivery usually costs £3.95. The actual price will be shown during the checkout process.

For deliveries to Europe, Ireland, the Highlands and the Rest of the World dispatch will usually be 2-3 working days. We cannot guarantee delivery times for to Europe, Ireland, Highlands and Rest of the World. We cannot be held responsible if these items are lost in transit. We are not responsible for any custom or duty payments that may be due in the destination country. Delivery prices will be shown during the checkout process but we may contact you if additional carriage costs are required.

Please provide a daytime delivery address as your delivery may need to be signed for.

We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has already been made. If a parcel is returned to us because no signature could be obtained or an incorrect address is given, we will need to re-charge carriage costs to send out the parcel again.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions or unexpected circumstances.
We cannot be held responsible for consequential loss due to 3rd party delivery delays.
